The XR/VR & Immersive Experiences Digital Signage Challenge

Common pain points that hold xr/vr & immersive experiences back from delivering their full potential.

Managing large fleets of VR/XR headsets

Keeping dozens or hundreds of headsets updated, charged, and operational requires manual effort that doesn't scale for enterprise deployments.

Synchronizing content playback across multiple devices

Shared immersive experiences require frame-perfect sync across all headsets, but standard tools can't deliver the precision needed.

Deploying and updating experiences remotely

Loading new content onto each headset individually is time-consuming and impractical for large installations or frequent content rotations.

Kiosk mode lockdown for public installations

Public-facing VR installations need locked-down headsets that prevent users from accessing settings or leaving the curated experience.

Immersive venue digital signage FAQs

Can we set up immersive venue displays ourselves?

No. Immersive rooms involve projection alignment, edge blending, multi-surface synchronisation and often bespoke rigging - an integration project with commissioning at the end. Once commissioned, operators run sessions themselves.

Who runs the content once it is commissioned?

Venue staff. Sessions are started, switched and reset from a browser or tablet without touching the underlying configuration, so a duty manager can run a room without technical training.

How long does an immersive venue build take?

Months, driven by the physical build and commissioning rather than the platform. Alignment and calibration of multi-surface projection is the part that takes time and cannot be rushed.

Do screens stay in sync across multiple surfaces?

Yes - frame-accurate synchronisation is the point. When surfaces drift by even a frame, the illusion breaks and visitors notice immediately, so sync is handled in software rather than depending on a hardware genlock per surface.

Is immersive display control the same as digital signage?

It is the same platform doing a harder job. Ordinary signage tolerates a frame of drift; an immersive room does not. The scheduling, fleet management and remote control are identical - the synchronisation requirement is what differs.

Can we run several rooms or venues from one place?

Yes. Rooms and venues are managed from one account with their own schedules, so a multi-site operator sees every room's status without visiting.
